Last week I have been trying to answer the same question on Reddit / Shopify to understand the pain points of our customers, i.e small and medium business owners. I believe this is one of the biggest problems our customers facing. To be honest It’s quite a boring job to “read” stores with similar layouts & functions. The work is very tedious for a human being.
